The garden was beautiful and well-kept, a great spot for a romantic walk. the room was spacious with a fantastic balcony and stunning views. the location was perfect, quiet and surrounded by greenery, yet not too far from the city center.
The breakfast didn't meet our expectations, lacking variety. the parking was quite limited and we had to park our car on the street one night.

We recently had a great city trip stay in a beautiful villa. The villa had a huge and well-maintained garden which provided a peaceful ambiance. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a wonderful view. the villa's location was perfect as it was close to the city centre. The staff were friendly and professional which made us feel welcome and at home. We also enjoyed the delicious and satisfying breakfast provided by the villa.
The villa's décor was a bit too simple and lacked a bit of furniture. , there was no immediate access to public transport, hence we had to use a car to get around the city.

A beautiful villa in green surroundings. Quiet. Big comfortable rooms, modern equipment. Secured private parking. Very friendly staff and accommodating owners.Family friendly - couldn't find a better place to go to with a small baby. After reading the reviews we did not expect much from breakfast but we were pleasantly surprised.

We stayed in a beautiful hotel in a very quiet neighborhood close to Zemun historical center. the room was huge and luxurious, with a mixture of new and old furniture. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the views over the city were fantastic. We also enjoyed the peaceful garden and the secure parking facility. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby Danube and the charming Zemun area. It was a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay.
We found the breakfast to be just average in terms of variety and quality.

The hotel facilities are in an excellent condition. Everything is properly taken care of. The room was clean and very spacious, the breakfast very abundant. There is a flavour of luxury wherever you look... Big terrace with splendid view on Belgrade.
The hotel is not close to the city center of Belgrade, which might be seen as a disadvantage. On the other hand it is located a bit elevated and the view on Belgrade is just splendid.

Excellent room and cleanliness, but also a domestic atmosphere and above all a very positive energy provides by the hotel staff. Silence and peace. A very good place to take a good rest after busy day and to collect energy for the next one. I am very sure that I'll be back to the Hotel Villa Belvedere in Zemun/Belgrade many times more. High recommendations.

Fantastic value for the money. It's name is very descriptive. Small villa with just few rooms in calm neighborhood with great view over the city and protected parking within the courtyard. "Privacy" and "family friendly" are the first things that come to mind. If you are for the party or you are big company that's not your place.
